Bereits dreimal habe ich 2015 im Wyndham \u00fcbernachtet. Ab drei N\u00e4chten ist der Zimmerpreis auch sehr gut, verglichen mit anderen Hotels. Diesmal habe ich knapp 90 Euro pro Nacht, ohne Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, im Zweibettzimmer gezahlt.<\/p>\n

Einziger Nachteil bei dem Hotel ist die Lage. Es ist etwas au\u00dferhalb-was generell nicht weiter schlimm ist- aber auch direkt am ber\u00fcchtigten Sports-Circle. Dort ist eigentlich zu jeder Tageszeit stau und somit das Hotel ung\u00fcnstig zu erreichen, au\u00dfer man kennt die Schleichwege. Auch Taxis sind nicht immer einfach zu bekommen, insbesondere zur Rush hour. Zur Not gibt es noch einen Limousinenservice des Hotels.<\/p>\n

Nun aber zu den guten Seiten des Wyndhams. Ich w\u00e4re nicht \u00f6fters zur\u00fcckgekehrt, wenn es mir ansonsten nicht gefallen h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst zu den Zimmern. Zuletzt hatte ich in der 5.Etage in einem Zweibettzimmer mit Blick auf den Sports Circle \u00fcbernachtet. Vom Stra\u00dfenl\u00e4rm bekommt man dank Doppelfenstern \u00fcberhaupt nichts mit, aber sie lassen sich leider auch nicht \u00f6ffnen. Daf\u00fcr ist die Klimaanlage kinderleicht zu bedienen. Die Betten finde ich sehr bequem und ansonsten gibt es einen gro\u00dfen Fernseher, Minibar, Hei\u00dfwasserger\u00e4t, Safe und Ipod dock. \u00a0Im Bad ist eine Badewanne mit Regenduschkopf und diversen K\u00f6rperpflegeprodukten. Also eigentlich alles da was man braucht. Auch h\u00e4ngt jeden Morgen eine Zeitung an der T\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Sehr gut gef\u00e4llt mir auch der Pool und Spa Bereich. Dieser ist in einem Innenhof und hat neben dem Schwimmbecken auch einen Whirlpool und hat bis 23 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet. Grauenvoll, wenn ein Pool bereits am Nachmittag abgeschlossen wird und man sich Abends noch einmal entspannen m\u00f6chte. Der Fitnessraum hingegen ist rund um die Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet. Das Angsara\u00a0Spa nebenan bietet zudem sehr viele Anwendungen, ist aber auch hochpreisig.<\/p>\n

Ansonsten gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants im Hotel, ein Cafe und eine Piano Lounge.<\/p>\n

Etwa 5 Minuten zu Fu\u00df entfernt ist ein Lulu-Center, in dem man Getr\u00e4nke und etwas zu Knabbern bekommt. Der n\u00e4chste richtige Supermarkt ist weiter entfernt.<\/p>\n

Mit dem Taxi ist man in etwa 30 Minuten am Flughafen und in ca. 10 Minuten in der West Bay, Souq Waqif oder Aspire Center. Allerdings kann es auch mal gut das doppelte an Zeit in Anspruch nehmen bei Stau und dieser ist in Doha h\u00e4ufig.<\/p>\n
