Helsinki ist eine tolle Stadt. Weit im Norden Europas gelegen bietet sie eine wundersch\u00f6ne Innenstadt mit vielen Gesch\u00e4ften, Parks, historischen Geb\u00e4uden und dem Dom als Wahrzeichen. Er thront majest\u00e4tisch \u00fcber der Stadt mit seiner wei\u00dfen Fassade und den gr\u00fcnen D\u00e4chern. Innen jedoch ist er erstaunlich klein und sehr schlicht gehalten.<\/p>\n

Gut gefallen hat mir die Felsenkirche, welche mitten in den Stein gehauen wurde. Man kann sogar auf ihr herumlaufen.<\/p>\n

in absolutes Muss ist der Besuch der Festung Suomenlinna, die auf f\u00fcnf Inseln gebaut, vor Helsinki liegt und seit 1991 Weltkulturerbe ist. Die F\u00e4hren zu der Anlage fahren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig am Hafen los. Schon w\u00e4hrend der \u00dcberfahrt hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt und den Hafen.<\/p>\n

Die Festung selbst ist sehr weitl\u00e4ufig. Neben den Geb\u00e4uden und Ausstellungen ist besonders die Natur toll. Gr\u00fcne Wiesen, blaues Meer und eine fantastische Aussicht! Ein ganzer Tag geht hier blitzschnell vorbei.<\/p>\n

Einziges Manko der Stadt sind die recht teuren Preise f\u00fcr Essen und Trinken, die jedoch mit den g\u00fcnstigen \u00dcbernachtungskosten\u00a0kompensiert werden. Tipp:\u00a0Auf dem Markt am Hafen gibt es viele St\u00e4nde die Lachs\u00a0mit Gem\u00fcse oder Elchb\u00e4llchen verkaufen. Sehr lecker und recht preiswert.<\/p>\n
